The Opportunity :
Mid-Market Securities, LLC offers superior payouts, global brand recognition and professional back-office support. We are a full service domestic and international investment banking resource for the middle market. We are seeking investment bankers from traditional sources as well as industry professionals who possess relevant industry knowledge and contacts.

You must have a strong financial and accounting background and experience as an investment banker, accountant, financial advisor and/or C-level consultant.

Qualifications:
An appropriate applicant will have a strong financial and accounting background and work experience as an investment banker, accountant, financial advisor and/or consultant. We will also consider those candidates with unusually strong industry knowledge and extensive contacts suitable as prospects for investment banking business. An MBA is not required but is strongly preferred. All applicants must be willing and able to obtain the requisite securities licenses: Series 7 and 24, and State licensing, as required (e.g., Series 63 in New York). Mid-Market Securities, LLC will sponsor applicants in need of one or more licenses.

• Salesmanship: Self starter, motivated, enthusiastic personality, marketing skills. New business calling initiative based on applicant’s leads as well as those furnished by Mid-Market Securities, LLC.


• Technical skills: Ability to analyze opportunities regarding (i) specific industry, (ii) platform company as a prospect for success in that industry, and (iii) strength of management team to execute on the business plan of that platform company
