Jesse L. Stubbs, Jr. has more than 15 years of experience executing and advising on complex strategic transactions. Mr. Stubbs has engaged various Corporate, Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Institutional Investors on Sell & Buy Side M&A Transactions, Leveraged Buyouts, Equity and Debt Capital Markets fund raising and Chapter 11 Restructurings.  His industry experience includes Energy, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Retail, Media Telecommunications and Waste Management industries.

Mr. Stubbs brings a wealth of experience having worked as a corporate lawyer and an investment banker at JPMorgan Securities, HSBC Securities (USA), Credit Suisse Securities (USA) (law only) and Banc of America Securities. His clients cover the gamut from Start-Ups to Global Multi-National companies traded on the NYSE, NASDAQ, Tokyo, London and Hong Kong stock exchanges.

Mr. Stubbs received a Master's Degree in Financial Economics from Rutgers University, School of Business and a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a minor in Industrial Relations from Rutgers University.
