Antoine (Tony) Sultana couples a network of relationships and deep understanding of the real estate industry from the granular level up with senior level capital markets and stock exchange experience. During almost 29 years with the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”), Tony rose from Director, Real Estate and Facilities Division to NYSE Euronext, Inc. and the Global Real Estate and Corporate Services Division as Managing Director and eventual Vice President responsible for the NYSE’s 1.25mill sq. ft. of owned/leased space nationwide. He directed/managed more than $600mill in capital improvements, upgrades and build-outs. As Vice President, Global Real Estate and Corporate Services and Head of Engineering, Project Management and Operations at NYSE Euronext, Tony built a substantial track record of success owing to his strong background in and understanding of the Global Real Estate industry and the Capital Markets.
 
Tony began his career at Cushman & Wakefield/Jones Lang Wooten as an Operating Engineer with a parade of promotions and expanding roles that included Chief Engineer, Building Manager, Property Manager and Owners Representative; including responsibility for the development, construction and operation of major boutique office towers in lower Manhattan. 
 
In 2014, Tony retired from the Exchange to found Lancaster International, LLC, a company that delivers real estate development projects in both the commercial and residential spheres; addressing every aspect of Real Estate from international construction to global project funding; matching institutional and private funds with the best development partner.
 
Tony joined Mid-Market Securities, LLC to better serve his Clients seeking to source capital as well as address growth through strategic acquisitions to supplement organic growth and liquidity and diversification objectives through sales and divestitures. 

Antoine’s personal memberships include The Union League Club, Honor Legion of the Police Departments of the State of New Jersey (HLNJ) and Building Owners & Managers Association International. His interests include soccer—he is an avid Juventus F.C. fan, skeet and trap shooting, and pool.
 
Mr. Sultana holds Series 82 and 63 registrations and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, State of New York.
